The MSC Mousse is a new product for MTB and Gravel wheels from MSC Tires. It is manufactured in three sizes, S-M-L, to fit different wheel sizes (XC, Enduro/DH, 27Plus). It is a special foam with a perforated interior that can be combined with MSC Black Seal tubeless sealant, providing much more resistance to punctures and impacts. It is NOT a puncture-proof system but forms part of the tire's internal structure.
MSC Mousse helps with mounting Tubeless wheels without needing to use a compressor. It supports the tire on the lower internal walls and the sides of the rim without straining the structural part of the aluminum or carbon rim. It allows for less air (min. 1.2 bar - max. 1.8 bar) while maintaining the same smoothness but increasing grip and traction.
